Returns

We accept returns of unused and unopened items within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items, including essential oils and personal care products, unless they arrived damaged or defective.
Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and description of the issue. We’ll make it right—either by replacing the item or issuing a refund.
Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item).

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we can’t guarantee receipt of your return otherwise.
